HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

 

Our Company has the principle of introducing the human resources with the required qualifications and ability to develop to the institution and providing the consistent development and motivation of the qualified personnel it employs for reaching the mission, vision and targets.  

We always prefer to work with the persons improving himself/herself on sectoral subjects, having the knowledge and know-how required by the work, being aware of the institutional values and adopting and implementing these values. 

The general policies prepared for the employees of our company to fulfill their duties in an optimized way are based on the below summarized principles: 

To fulfill the activities required to be realized in for the purposes of the company with an ideal number of personnel, 

To determine and employ the personnel having the required qualifications in accordance with the specifications of the work, 

To provide the necessary environment and conditions to all of the employees to use their abilities, professional improvements and skills,

Selection and Placement Period: 

Reaching to the right target group and selecting the most appropriate candidate for all the positions is aimed in recruitment.  Our objective is to incorporate with customer and result-oriented candidates appropriate with the corporate culture, believing in open communication and consistent development.

Besides, for our experienced recruitments, the candidates are expected to have the education, knowledge, experience and qualification required by the position. 

 

General Conditions of Recruitment:

The personnel to be employed in our company is expected to have the below specified qualifications;

Having completed the age of 18, 

Having served or postponed his military service for at least one year or been exempted from the military service for male candidates, 

Having no inconveniences such as health problems hindering the fulfillment of this tasks, 

Being non-deprived of civil rights, 

Having no commitment of compulsory service to any institution or organization, 

Having been non-sentenced or non-prosecuted for any infamous crimes, 

 

Candidate Procurement

During the term of candidate procurement, the evaluations are made among the existing applications for the required positions. 

Career Planning 

In promotions, the criteria such as having the knowledge, experience, performance and relevant qualifications required by the job definition within the waiting period specified in Human Resources Regulations are based.
